parkside hall

Event venue development featuring a new event hall, parking facilities, and supporting site amenities. The project included floodplain analysis, off-site roadway improvements, utility coordination, and an underground stormwater detention system integrated within a constrained urban site.

quincy apartments

174-unit multifamily development consisting of six apartment buildings and a clubhouse. The project featured a piped stream relocation, private utility extensions, and a hybrid stormwater management system utilizing both detention ponds and underground chambers.

210-room hotel development located in Chattanooga, Tennessee. The project included site grading, utility design, stormwater management, off-site roadway improvements, stream crossing coordination, and retaining wall integration within a complex urban environment.

riverstone apartments

184-unit multifamily development consisting of six apartment buildings and a clubhouse. The project included retaining wall coordination, private water and sewer extensions, and an extended wet detention pond designed for stormwater treatment and management.

hamilton villas

Civil engineering and site design for a 128-unit residential community on a 25-acre site. Services included site planning, grading, stormwater management, utility design, erosion prevention and sediment control, landscape coordination, and permitting. The project balanced residential development with the preservation of stream buffers, wetlands, open space, & pedestrian connectivity to create a thoughtfully planned community.

mountain creek stream restoration

Streambank stabilization project completed to address severe erosion threatening the entrance road & parking lot of Red Bank Elementary School. The project included drainage analysis, grading design, erosion control planning, and permitting coordination, while accommodating site constraints, limited staging space, and ongoing school operations.

Civil engineering and site design for a 6.2-acre multifamily development. Services included site planning, grading, stormwater management, utility design, erosion prevention and sediment control, and permitting. The project required coordination of a significant retaining wall system, stream buffer protection, water quality mitigation, utility relocations, and challenging topography to maximize the site's development potential.
